The Strength Experiment is a personal and small group training program developed to maximize fat loss while simultaneously building strength and adding lean muscle. These workouts are extremely fun and highly effective.
Our training philosophy involves the use of compound movements done in a circuit-training format, the best approach for maximum fat loss and strength development.
